Tater tots curry (poriyal)
Preparation
- Microwave the desired amount of potatoes for a minute.
- Add oil in a kadai, splutter mustard seeds. Add urad dal and roast till golden.
- Add the potatoes. add salt, turmeric, chilli powder.
Roast till crisp and golden on medium flame. - It is ok if a couple of them break while stirring/sauteing.
