Cilantro Rice:
I always struck my head to think what should i include in Todays menu then start checking for my blog which has been a search engine for my cooking as well or else Experiment with new dishes . or even too Lazy to try then can try this version its not only Tasty but can be Prepared with in no time . you can try this Tasty and Refreshing greens can also be included in our Menu which can be Prepared with in 10-15 minutes Preparation Time :15 Minutes Ingredients: 1 Cup Fresh Cilantro/Coriander Leaves 4-6 Green Chillies 1 Onion Sliced 3 Bay leaves Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp Peanuts -2 Tbsp Urad Dal- 1 Tsp Chana Dal- 1 Tbsp Salt -To TasteDry Red Chillies -3 1 Cup Basmati Rice 2 Cups Water Coconut Powder- 2 Tbsp Paste :Put Garlic, Cilantro,Coconut Powder into a blender to make smooth consistency Paste and Keep it aside. Method To Prepare: 1. Soak Rice for 15-20 minutes. 2. Take a Pan add a Tbsp Oil .After oil is Hot Add Bay leaves,Cumin seeds ,UradDal,Chana Dal,Peanuts and let them fry in oil and check for light brown in color 3. Now time to Add Sliced onions and Dry Red Chillies and Don't let Onions turn brown in color let it be Translucent Sprinkle Salt. 4. Add Paste cook for 2 minutes until raw smell goes away . Add Drained rice Let rice Fry in the Paste along with the Bay leaves and Dals . Now Add Water Cook on High Flame for 5 minutes then Place it on Medium Heat for 10minutes and then on Low heat for 5 minutes . Turn off the Stove . Its Done .
