Cookie Press!
I had never used a cookie press before... I honestly thought it was called a cookie gun!
My friend, Josh, recently bought one. He grew up eating "Grandma Lois Cookies" and finally convinced his cute grandmother to send him the recipe. In one email she wrote: DO NOT GIVE THAT RECIPE TO ANYONE INCLUDING YOUR MOTHER. IT WILL PASS ON TO THE FAMILY WHEN I AM TOO OLD TO MAKE THEM MYSELF! I was lucky enough to be invited to make these little cookies. I was sworn to secrecy, so I can't reveal the recipe but I thought I would include some photos and info on the quest to press the perfect cookie. He purchased the Kuhn Rikon cookie press that came with 12 disks (flower, pumpkins, butterflies, Christmas trees, as well as attachments to make cheese straws and crackers). It was awesome and extremely easy to use. My mom claims we used to make cookies with her press, but I don't remember it. All you do is insert the dough into the barrel of the gun, attach a disk and squeeze the handle. Next time I have to make a large amount of cookies, I am whipping out the "cookie gun"! related searches : Cookie
