We are already dreaming when thinking about a giant cookie. But stuff it with marshmallow, and it becomes a divine dessert, no one can resist !

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 1/2 brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp vanilla sugar
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 2 caramelized biscuits
• 6 marshmallows

Preparation

• Whisk together softened butter and brown sugar
• Add the egg and mix
  
• Add flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and mix
• Add chocolate chips
  
• Divide the dough in half, make a ball, put it on a baking tray, and press it.
• Put the 2 biscuits on it
  
• Then marshmallows
• And cover with the other half of the dough. Make a clean ball out of it.
  
• Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 360°F
