Star of bethlehem cookies~

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 3/4 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 package Brach's chocolate stars

Preparation

• Preheat oven to 375º.
• Cream sugars, butter, and peanut butter.
• Stir in egg, milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
• Shape into balls and roll in sugar. Place on ungreased or parchment lined baking sheet.
• Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove and immediately press chocolate star into middle of each cookie.
