Ingredients
Materials
- a 8-inch round cake pan
Preparation
Beat the softened butter with the brown sugar. When the mixture becomes creamy, add the egg, salt, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Finally, incorporate the flour and baking powder to obtain a well-homogeneous dough.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper in a circle (the circle is optional).
Distribute the toppings over the dough to form portions. You can use toppings of your choice. Here we used mini marshmallows, hazelnuts, almonds, M&M's, chocolate chips, and chopped Oreos.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Remove the cake ring and finish baking for another 5 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
