Salmon tartare with apple
When it starts to get hot, what is best than a nice tartare for lunch? Salmon is the perfect fish to enjoy this nice recipe! Throw some apple in it, and it just gets delicious

Preparation
Cut the salmon in little dice.
Add the peeled and thinly chopped apple, and the shallot. Add the chopped chives.
Season with the olive oil, the lemon juice and the salt. Mix well.
Serve in little bowls, or use circles to form nice tartares.
