When it starts to get hot, what is best than a nice tartare for lunch? Salmon is the perfect fish to enjoy this nice recipe! Throw some apple in it, and it just gets delicious

Preparation
- Cut the salmon in little dice.
- Add the peeled and thinly chopped apple, and the shallot. Add the chopped chives.
- Season with the olive oil, the lemon juice and the salt. Mix well.
- Serve in little bowls, or use circles to form nice tartares.
