When it starts to get hot, what is best than a nice tartare for lunch? Salmon is the perfect fish to enjoy this nice recipe! Throw some apple in it, and it just gets delicious

7 ounces fresh salmon

1/2 green apple

1/2 shallot


2 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp lemon juice


  • Step 1 - Salmon tartare with apple
    Cut the salmon in little dice.
  • Step 2 - Salmon tartare with apple
    Add the peeled and thinly chopped apple, and the shallot. Add the chopped chives.
  • Step 3 - Salmon tartare with apple
    Season with the olive oil, the lemon juice and the salt. Mix well.
