Crumbed Pork Schnitzel and Mushroom Sauce

On Wednesday night I was all alone :( so I decided to cook myself some comfort food for one. I made a Crumbed Pork Schnitzel with mushroom sauce. I glazed the schnitzel itself in a mixture of oil and honey before crumbing it.
