  • How to bake a roast pork? - Preparation step 1Remove the meat from the fridge 30 minutes before. Melt the butter and mince the garlic clove. Pour about half the olive oil into the bottom of a gratin dish and divide well. Place the pork on top.
  • How to bake a roast pork? - Preparation step 2Pour the remaining olive oil over the meat and the melted butter. Season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic and rosemary. Spread evenly with a brush (or your hands!).
