How to bake a roast pork?

- Remove the meat from the fridge 30 minutes before. Melt the butter and mince the garlic clove. Pour about half the olive oil into the bottom of a gratin dish and divide well. Place the pork on top.
- Pour the remaining olive oil over the meat and the melted butter. Season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic and rosemary. Spread evenly with a brush (or your hands!).
- Add the water to the bottom of the dish and then put the meat in the oven for 1 hour. Baste regularly and return to mid-heat.
- Now, your roast pork is ready, you can accompany it with potatoes, carrots, mashed potatoes or even a salad! Enjoy!
