On Christmas day most of us enjoy turkey with all the different trimmings.  
But inevitably, come Boxing Day, there are a fair few leftovers. 
 Whilst we all love cold turkey sandwiches, sometimes we crave something a little more flavourful so this year, why not try making a curry from your leftover turkey?
 You can even use your Christmas gravy in this tasty recipe.
