Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup almond powder
150 unsalted butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg - lightly beaten
1 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
caster sugar as needed

Preparation:
Melt butter and sugar in a pan over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Combine egg and milk in another bowl.
Add the melted butter and egg mixtures to the dry ingredients.
Stir until the ingredients are combined but do not over beat.
Grease a muffin tray and spoon mixture in it.
Bake at preheated oven at 210C for about 30 minutes or until the muffin are cooked.
Once cool down, dust as much as caster sugar on top before serving.
