It's always hard to have sweet desserts when you are vegan, egg or lactose intolerant. But with this astonishing trick, you'll be able to enjoy again this treat loved by all : the chocolate mousse !

- Crack the can open, to collect only the juice, then pour the liquid in a bowl.
- Add the sugar, then beat it like eggs until it forms peaks (yes, it will do just that ! )
- Gently mix the foam to the previously melted chocolate.
- Put the mousse into ramekins, then let them in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Et voilà, time for some treats ! Enjoy !
