Dark chocolate mousse with cointreau and orange confiture

This delicious dessert will be the perfect ending of a romantic dinner, because love and chocolate are almost synonymous. Cointreau will add a citrus hue to the palette of flavors of this special evening.

400 g. dark chocolate

250 g. cream (30-36 %)

25 ml. Cointreau

30 g. orange confiture

200 g. of flour

10 g. of sugar

100 g. of buscuit

Vanilla 1 pod


  • Melt chocolate, heat cream to 80-90°C. Add vanilla, add flour and Cointreau. Stir continuously, whisk until thick.
  • Combine creamy mixture with melted chocolate, whisk until smooth. Pour mixture in dessert bowl. Refrigerate about 1 hour. Serve with orange confiture
