Melt chocolate, heat cream to 80-90°C. Add vanilla, add flour and Cointreau. Stir continuously, whisk until thick.
Combine creamy mixture with melted chocolate, whisk until smooth. Pour mixture in dessert bowl. Refrigerate about 1 hour. Serve with orange confiture
