  • Make deep slits on either side and smear some lime juice and keep aside for some time.
  • Mix all the ingredients, except oil, and marinate the fish in this mixture for an hour and refrigerate.
  • Heat some oil in the skillet and shallow fry the fish on both sides.
  • Decorate with lemon and curry leaves. The karimeen fry is ready to serve.
