Vegan coral lentils and carrots steak

A good way to add vegetables and plant proteins in your lunch. A recipe naturally gluten free and Vegan. You can also make them smaller as appetizers.

- Cut your onion into slices and cook in in a pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add the sliced carrots. Cover with water and cook them during 15 to 20 minutes. Stir and put aside.
- Cook the coral lentils in a pot with water during 20 to 25 minutes. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a blender, add the carrots, the onion, the lentils, the lemon juice, the garlic cloves, the spices, 1 tablespoon olive oil and 2 oz oat flakes.
- Once the mix is transformed to a paste, put it in a bowl and add 2 oz oat flakes and the coriander. Mix well.
- In a baking sheet, form the steaks. You can also make balls and crunch them.
- Bake them during 20 to 25 minutes at 400°F.
- There your are ! Your Vegan steaks are ready ! Dip them in a soja yogurt mixed with lemon juice and coriander !
