Fried Bhindi and Aaloo
Fried Bhindi and Aaloo Ingredients Lady finger (cut in 4 strips each) 250 gmPotatoes 3 cut in thin fingers Oil ¼ cup Lemon juice 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 ½ tsp Salt 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Turmeric ¼ tsp Garlic paste 1 tsp Tomato paste 3 tbsp Method Fry 250 gm ladyfingers strips in ¼ cup oil till slightly crisp, fry 3 potatoes fingers in oil till golden and tender, heat oil, add 1 tsp garlic paste with 1 tsp salt, 1 ½ tsp chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 cup water, fry well.To serve In a platter put fried vegetables side by side, pour gravy on top of the vegetables, and sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves and green chilies. related searches : Fried
