Flour-1 cup
Milk-3/4 cup
Egg-1
Baking powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oil for deep frying

Take 1 cup of sweet corn and puree it in a food processor..Mix baking powder with flour and set aside..

Heat oil for deep frying?

In a mixing bowl add 1 egg and beat it till fluffy?Pour in milk and mix well?

Add in sweet corn puree and sweet corn kernels and mix well?

Now add the flour mixture to this and mix well?Season with salt and pepper and mix well..

Now take a spoonfull of this batter in hot oil and fry till golden brown..

Drain this in a paper towel and serve with any hot sauce(Recipe below)

For Hot sauce :
Mix 1 tsp of Red chilli paste with 1/2 cup of Tomato ketchup..
