A very simple and easy to prepare egg dish which I think anyone who can fry an egg can make.

Ingredients

Number of serving: 3
Number of eggs you like

oyster sauce

salt and pepper for seasoning

oil for frying

thinly sliced spring onions

Preparation

  • Fry eggs individually by breaking them into round ring on a heated pan with oil.
    Sprinkle salt (use sparingly because oyster sauce can be salty too) and pepper to taste.
    Cook as per your preference, either runny or fully done.
    Remove and place on a serving tray.
    Drizzle oyster in the center of the eggs and garnish with spring onions.
