My nephew is on a gluten free diet, but he can still enjoy all the fun Disney World food. It has been 20 years since I visited Disney World, but I have such wonderful memories of all the magical food shaped in the likeness of Disney characters. I guess I was a foodie back then too. I remember a little bit about the rides, and A LOT about the food. I especially remember that when you asked for butter, it came in the shape of Mickey Mouse. It makes me happy to know that anyone on a special diet can enjoy all that magical Disney food. It takes a little planning and some calls ahead of time, but it can be arranged to have special meals to meet any dietary needs including dairy-free, casein-free, soy-free, milk, egg, peanut and tree nut allergies, autism diet, and kosher diet.

My nephew was able to enjoy some gluten free Mickey Mouse waffles at Donald Duck’s Safari breakfast….and that makes me smile! Check out this link to learn more: Gluten Free Walt Disney World.
