Horseradish Dip
If you use a brand spanking new jar of Horseradish, well let me just say, be careful, 'cuz this dip will have some kick!! you could just use a little less horseradish, but the the flavor gets diluted. So the best bet is to use an already opened bottle that has had time to "tame down" a little... Horseradish Dip INGREDIENTS: 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 2 cups mayonnaise 1/4 cup white vinegar 1/4 cup prepared horseradish 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 cup chopped green onion DIRECTIONS: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, vinegar, horseradish and dry mustard. Stir in green onions. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or up to a day. Garnish with green onions and serve with fresh veggies **Recipe from Cooking with Paula Deen- Sept/Oct 2010 related searches : Horseradish
