I can sew??

My madre talked me into getting this vintage seafoam green sewing machine from the 60s last weekend.  It is made of solid metal and is ridiculously heavy.
Here is my fist creation!  A pillow!  Not very exciting to most perhaps, but I am so thrilled that I actually could make something!
I used a heavy weight linen in an antler print by Lee Joffa and finished the back with brown leather-like vinyl trimmed with a neutral linen.  Is it perfect? No way!  But I am pretty happy with how it turned out, especially for my first attempt at sewing!
