Homemade ice cream without an ice cream maker
Craving homemade ice cream? No ice cream maker? No worries! Ptitchef shows you that you can enjoy delicious homemade ice cream without any special equipment! Feel free to prepare this recipe the night before, so you can enjoy it all the next day! Eat it as is or add a sauce (caramel, chocolate, red fruits) and some crushed peanuts for an even better sundae effect than at fast food restaurants :-)

Preparation
Whip the cream with an electric whisk until it is thick and holds peaks.
Gently fold it into the sweetened condensed milk, trying not to deflate the cream.
Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Let the ice cream "warm up" for 20 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
And there you have it, your homemade ice cream is ready!
Observations
Additions: feel free to add vanilla to your cream, or chocolate chips, hazelnuts, dried fruits, etc...
