Long Bean Omelette

From what I gather, this is one of the most common dishes that Mommies whip up to coax their kiddos to eat more greens. One of the simplest recipes ever!

Ingredients are adjustable accordingly to one's preference. The dish will taste pretty much the same no matter how much adjustments are made to the amount of eggs and long beans.

The recipe that I am sharing here has slightly more long beans in it. The product looks like a dish of scrambled eggs with long beans rather than an omelette because this is exactly how I like mine prepared. ^^


Ingredients
3 eggs
150g of long beans (chopped)
1 tablespoon of soya sauce
Dash of pepper

Preparation
Add soya sauce and pepper to the eggs and beat well.
In an oiled pan, stir fry the long beans till they turn into a brighter shade of green.
Add in the beaten eggs and cook over medium low heat.
Flip the omelette over when the underside turns golden brown.
Remove from heat when the other side of the omelette is cooked.
