Potatoes & french beans stir- fried with sesame seeds

Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
1 (about 200g) potato - cut into long thin stripes and deep fried (with the skin on)

150g french beans - remove strings and cut into 1/2 inch length

2 red chillies - sliced

1 (about 50g) onion - sliced

1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp roasted white sesame seeds

1 stalk coriander leaf - sliced

3 tbsp oil

salt to taste


Spices:

2 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp grounded ginger

1/2 tsp grounded garlic

** mix all these ingredients together

Preparation

  • When oil is heated, saute the onions for a couple of mins.
    Add in the mixed spices and keep stirring to relieve the aroma.
    Once the oil floats, add the beans as well as 4 tbsp water.
    Let it cook until the beans are soften.
    Then goes in the fried potatoes, red chillies, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt to taste.
    Stir quickly to combine all the ingredients.
    Off the heat and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
    One or two stirs and thats it.
