Ingredients

• Potato - 3 ,medium
• Jackfruit seeds - 1/2 cup
• shallot - 3
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
• Red chilli powder -1 tsp
• Curry leaves
• Coconut oil
• Salt

Potato waffles - waffle sandwich with smoked salmon and cream cheese

Preparation

• Cook the potatoes and jackfruits with salt,turmeric ,chilli powder and enough water.
• Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced shallots and curry leaves.
• Saute well for 3 minutes. Add the cooked Jackfruit seeds and potatoes.
• Stir everything and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve with rice.
