Lunch in the Garden

By One Scoop At A Time (Visit website)

It's been a lovely, cool afternoon with bright sunshine. Perfect for gardening. I'm trying to tackle the overgrown calla lilies but they keep popping up faster than I can transplant or get rid of them. Instead of wearing myself out, I decided to work on sections at a time and stopped to enjoy lunch in the patio.
I took a break to make banana ice cream in the food processor. For my single serving, I used 1.5 bananas that were pre-sliced and frozen rock hard. The key in making fluffy banana soft serve is having very cold banana chunks.
I also added a packet of nutella to the food processor. You can find the packets at most Cost Plus stores.

Lunch also consisted of wheat toast with a generous smear of avocado, roasted pepper slices and diced green olives.
