Stir fry nai pak- green vegetable

Simple Vegetable dish. Stir Fry Nai Pak. Finish up in 30 minutes and ready to serve.

3 cloves garlic,
2 tablespoon dried prawns
1 teaspoon soy sauce,
Pinch of salt & sugar


Step 1

Wash & Rinse,
Cut vege.
Heat Oil 10 secs, put in garlic, dried prawns. Fry till slightly brown.

Step 2

Remove 1/2 of the garlic & dried prawns.
Add in vege for 1 minute, add soy sauce, salt & sugar.

Step 3

Remove from cooking pan, add on the garlic & dried prawns for garnish.
