Green chilli:2-3,chopped
Ginger:1tsp, chopped
Garlic:3 cloves,chopped
Turmeric powder:1/4 tsp
Chili powder1/4 tsp
Coriander powder:1/4tsp
Fenugreek powder:2 pinch
Curry leaves:2 sprigs
Tuna in water:1 can(200gm),
(Drained&Flaked)
Oil:1 1/2tbs
Salt,to taste
Chopped coriander leaves

Preparation:
METHOD:
Heat the oil in a pan.
Add chopped onion,ginger,garlic,green chilli,&curry leaves.
Cook until they begin to soften,stirring occasionally.
Add all the spice powders&saute until fragrant.
Add tuna flakes.
Stir-fry for 5 min.
Remove from heat,garnish with cori leaves&serve hot with rotis...
