Ingredients:
Decided to make the healthy salad instead of the pasta(being a good girl seeing as I'm not getting to the gym as often as I should!)
Used what was in the fridge:
Mixed leaves (I had rocket and watercress)
Sprouts
Yellow peppers and green peppers
Chicken
Feta
Dressing: olive oil, crushed garlic, white wine vinigar,sage chopped,black pepper and salt

Preparation:
Chop all the ingredients into bite size pieces and toss together with the rocket leaves,add the cooked chicken and cover with the dressing.
