Very Easy


- 1 Head Napa cabbage, shredded
- 1 ½ Cups Chicken breast, cooked and cubed
- 1 Cup Edamame, cooked, shelled
- 1 Cup Cucumber, seeded, julienne
- 1 Cup Carrots, julienne
- ¼ Cup Cilantro, chopped
- ¼ Cup Radishes, thinly sliced
- ¼ Cup Newman?s Own Low-Fat Sesame Ginger dressing
- 1 Can Mandarin oranges (11-ounces)
- ¼ Cup Rice noodles
- ¼ Cup Green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Black sesame seeds (optional)


Step 1

Combine the cabbage, chicken, edamame, cucumber, carrots, cilantro, radishes and dressing.

Step 2

Toss well to coat with the dressing. Fold in the mandarin oranges.

Step 3

Portion onto individually chilled salad plates, then garnish with the rice noodles, green onions, and optional black sesame seeds.
