1 Head Napa cabbage, shredded

1 ½ Cups Chicken breast, cooked and cubed

1 Cup Edamame, cooked, shelled

1 Cup Cucumber, seeded, julienne

1 Cup Carrots, julienne

¼ Cup Cilantro, chopped

¼ Cup Radishes, thinly sliced

¼ Cup Newman?s Own Low-Fat Sesame Ginger dressing

1 Can Mandarin oranges (11-ounces)

¼ Cup Rice noodles

¼ Cup Green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon Black sesame seeds (optional)


  • Combine the cabbage, chicken, edamame, cucumber, carrots, cilantro, radishes and dressing.
  • Toss well to coat with the dressing. Fold in the mandarin oranges.
  • Portion onto individually chilled salad plates, then garnish with the rice noodles, green onions, and optional black sesame seeds.
