Preparation

  • Combine the cabbage, chicken, edamame, cucumber, carrots, cilantro, radishes and dressing.
  • Toss well to coat with the dressing. Fold in the mandarin oranges.
  • Portion onto individually chilled salad plates, then garnish with the rice noodles, green onions, and optional black sesame seeds.
