Ingredients

• 16 oz package of dry broccoli slaw mix
• 12 oz of cooked skinless chicken breast
• 1 cup of canned mandarin orange segments
• 1 cup chopped scallions
• 1/2 cup of a sesame-type dressing

• Chow mein (chao men), chinese noodles with chicken and vegetables
• Landaise salad with foie gras (périgourdine salad)
• Panzanella salad - italian bread salad
• Rice salad with chicken, zucchini, pine nuts and balsamic vinegar

Preparation

• In a large bowl, toss all ingredients until well mixed. Refrigerate 2 hours, stir well, and serve.
