Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
One quarter cup sugar

1 teaspoon . sesame oil

1 tablespoon . olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

3 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

One quarter cup green onions, chopped

1 11-ounces. can mandarin oranges, drained

1 6-ouncescan water chestnuts, chopped

One quarter cup sliced almonds

One third cup rice noodles

1 small head Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces

Preparation

  • Combine first 5 ingredients in a cruet and shake well.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and toss.
  • Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss.
