Chicken salad sandwich

3 cooked chicken breasts, chopped

1 or stalks celery, chopped- about 3/4 cup

2 green onions, chopped

1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved

3/4 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup of toasted almonds

3/4 cup salad dressing, such as Miracle Whip- or here is a trick, just add 1 teaspoon of icing sugar to regular mayonnaise.

1 Tablespoon celery seeds

1 teaspoon each- paprika and season with salt

Coarsely ground black pepper, to taste


  • Step 1 - Chicken Salad Sandwich
    Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
  • Step 2 - Chicken Salad Sandwich
    Chop up grapes, celery, and onion.
  • Step 3 - Chicken Salad Sandwich
    Throw this all together with the chicken. Add salad dressing, celery seed, paprika and pepper to taste.
  • Mix it all together to make a nice chicken salad and enjoy the finest sandwich.
