Ingredients

• 3 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
• 1 or stalks celery, chopped- about 3/4 cup
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved
• 3/4 cup dried cranberries
• 1/2 cup of toasted almonds
• 3/4 cup salad dressing, such as Miracle Whip- or here is a trick, just add 1 teaspoon of icing sugar to regular mayonnaise.
• 1 Tablespoon celery seeds
• 1 teaspoon each- paprika and season with salt
• Coarsely ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

• Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
• Chop up grapes, celery, and onion.
  
• Throw this all together with the chicken. Add salad dressing, celery seed, paprika and pepper to taste.
• Mix it all together to make a nice chicken salad and enjoy the finest sandwich.
