Ingredients

• 2 cups cubed grilled chicken
• 1 cups sliced seedless grapes
• 1 cups chopped Granny Smith apple
• 2 stalks of celery, chopped
• 2 cups low-fat mayo
• 1/2 cup of blue cheese
• 1 cup of chopped toasted walnuts

Preparation

• Mix everything together in a 2-quart bowl using a plastic spatula. Serve them on your favorite sandwich bread, wrap or lettuce bowl.
