MANGO KULFI

  INGREDIENTS :

1/2 litre milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk powder
1/4 tspn cardamom powder
1 cup mango pulp
1 tbspn pista (coarsely ground)

  METHOD :
Heat a non-stick pan and add milk ,condensed milk , milk powder , sugar and half of the pista to it.Bring this mixture to boil and simmer for approximately 10 mins or untill it thickens.Then cool the mixture completely and stir in the mango pulp and mix well.Pour this mixture into kulfi moulds and freeze till set.Serve with a generous sprinkling of pista and watch it disappear in no time....ENJOYYYYYYY :)
