Market Flavours 1: Choco Cherry Boom Boom

The first of my new market cupcake flavours has gone through the rigorous taste testing process and the final cake is born: The Choco Cherry Boom Boom


Its a moist chocolate sponge cupcake with a juicy luscious black cherry filling topped with a creamy vanilla and chocolate swirl, finished with a cherry and a dusting of Green and Blacks cocoa.


Taste the Choco Cherry Boom Boom and other flavours at Rawtenstall Indoor Market every Thursday and Saturday from 12th December.
