Mint (pudhina) Chutney

Ingredients:
Mint Leaves - 1 bunch
Red chilly - 4Garlic - 3 piecesCoconut - 1 small pieceBengal gram - 2 teaspoonTomato - 1
Oil - 2 teaspoonMustard - 15 (in count)
Cumin (Jeera) - 10 (in count)Fennel - 10 (in count)
Curry leaves - 5 (in count)
Water - 100ml or more as required.

Steps to Prepare:
Take a pan, add oil, tomato, bengal gram, garlic, coconut. Cook in low flame and fry it .
After 1 or 2 mins add the mint leaves and fry it.Keep the cooked one aside for 10 mins.Now add these fried contents into the mixer jar and grind it (add some water as needed).Take the contents in a separate bowl.Take a small pan and add 2 teaspoon oil, mustard, cumin, fennel and curry leaves and season it.Now add the seasoned content into the bowl and mix it.Mint Chutney is ready.
This will go well with Idly, Dosa, Aappam, Idiaappam.
