Ingredients Needed : Onion - 2 Finely chopped Green chillies - 3 Curry Leaves - bunch/1 cup Oil - as needed Salt - as needed Corriander leaves - 1 cup Mustard - as needed Urad dhal/ulutham paruppu - as needed Asafoetida - as needed Curd/Yoghurt - 2 cups Method of preparation : 1) Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, urad dhal, asafoetida and allow it to sputter 2) Add finely chopped onions and fry it until it turns brown in colour 3) Switch off the flame and allow it to cool 4) Add 2 cups of yoghurt/curd 5) Add salt as needed 6) Add finely chopped corriander Serve as a side course.
