Ingredients:
1 boneless skinless chicken thigh( cut up and cooked)
2 cans pinquito's beans( spices are already in the can)
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp chili powder
1 large white onion chopped (1/2 to cook in the chili-1/2 to top in your bowl)
shredded cheese to top chili

Preparation:
cook cut up chicken throughly, put into pot add the 2 cans of pinquito's, garlic and 1/2 of the chopped onion and the chili powder, let cook on low for about 25 minutes till it starts to thicken, put into bowls and top with other 1/2 of onion and shredded cheese of your liking
