Ingredients:
1 cup rotini
2 tbsps olive oil
2 tsps minced garlic
1/4 cup feta
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup green peas - I just microwaved frozen peas
Handful of fresh spinach
Salt & pepper - as needed

Preparation:
1. Boil rotini, following instructions on box.
2. Brown garlic in olive oil. Add red pepper flakes, sauté for a few seconds, and turn heat off.
3. Once pasta is ready, toss it in olive oil/garlic, on low heat. Add salt & pepper.
4. Add feta, letting it melt and coat pasta. Turn heat off.
5. Stir in cooked green peas and spinach. Eat while warm.
