Pesarattu / Moong dal crepes
Pesarattu....and allam chutney!!!! The deadly two. No other recipe can ever beat this combination.
Preparation time = 10 mins Serves = 6 Calories = Approx 120 / Dosa INGREDIENTS- 1 Cup Moong dal / Pesarapappu 2 Cups Rice 1 Tbsp Cumin seeds 1 Onion (Chopped thin) Oil for frying Salt as needed (Around 2 Tbsp) PREPARATION- 1. Soak dal and rice overnight. Wash, drain and grind into a smooth paste. Now add salt and mix with water if necessary to make the batter thin. Do not make it too thin batter. 2. Now heat a non stick pan. Ladle a spoonful of the batter and spread it into circular shape. Pesarattu3. Now sprinkle some onion and cumin on the dosa and fry. Apply oil as needed. 4.
