Chilli con carne - video recipe !

Ingredients

• 1 lb minced meat
• 2 onions
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 green pepper
• 1 lb tomato pulp
• 8 ounces canned red beans
• 5 ounces corn
• salt
• pepper
• cumin
• paprika
• olive oil

Preparation

• In a pot, heat the olive oil, then add the chopped onions and garlic cloves.
• Add the meat, then the spices
  
• Once the meat is cooked, add the pepper cut in pieces, and the tomato pulp. Stir.
• Cover with water, and simmer at low heat for 2 hours.
  
• Then, add the red beans and the corn. Stir, and cook at medium heat for 15 minutes.
• There you are, your chilli con carne is ready !
