  • Mix the ingrediants given for the batter together with some water to make a smooth paste.Dip each paneer cubes in the batter and fry lightly.Remove that and set it aside.

    Now in a kadai add oil and fry some garlic and ginger for 30 sec.Then add in onions,capsicum,tomatoes and fry for 2 min.Add in tomato sauce,soya sauce,vinegar,red chilli paste,salt,sugar,ajinomoto,red colour and mix well.

    Now tip in the paneer cubes and toss well.

    Garnish with spring onion and serve hot with any dish.
