Prawn Tempura Ingredients 300 grams medium-sized prawns2 tbsp ginger garlic paste Salt to taste Ingredients for batter 3 eggs1 cup plain flour 1 cup corn flour 1 cup dry flour ½ tsp black pepper powder ½ tsp white pepper powder 2 tbsp ground green chilies Oil for frying Salt to taste Method Marinate 300 grams prawns with 2 tbsp ginger, garlic paste and salt to taste. In a bowl, combine 1 cup plain flour, 1 cup corn flour, 3 eggs, 2 tbsp ground green chilies, ½ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp white pepper powder and salt to taste.
