Prawns Masala/Chemmen masala

This is a very spicy dish,and uses almost all indian spices.Try this only if u like hot dishes..
This cud be served with any variety of rice dishes..Here i used small cooked prawns..
Its ok to use uncooked also,but the cooking time wud be more...

Ingredients for Prawns Masala
1. Prawns -1 lb
2.Chopped onion-1/4 cup
3.Coconut cuts-1/4 cup
4.Dried red chillies-2 nos broken
5.Curry leaves-2 stem
6.Cilantro-1/4 cup
7.Gharam masala-1/2 tsp
8.Turmeric-1/2 tsp,
9.red chilli-1 tsp
10.pepper powder-1 tsp
11.coriander powder-1 tsp
12.Green chilli-2 nos chopped
13.Yogurt-1/2 cup
14.Mustard and jeera(cumin) seeds-1 tsp each
15.Coconut powder-1/2 cup.
16.Ginger garlic paste- tsp.
17.Oil and salt as reqd..

How to make prawns masala..

1.Fry cleaned prawns(coated with enough salt and chilli powder(1 tsp)) and coconut cuts together till they are crispy..(5 mins)
2.Remove from oil...In same oil splutter cumin and mustard seeds...
3.Put curry leaves and dried red chilli followed by green chillies..Saute for 5 mins..Put the chopped onions,saute till its light brown... 4.Then put coconut powder on low flame...Saute well for 2 mins...
5.Add ginger garlic paste, Then add turmeric pow,coriander pow and chilli pow. Saute for 5 mins...
6.Then pour the yogurt in...Mix well till almost all water content goes..
7.Then combine with fried prawns and coconut cuts..
8.Then sprinkle pepper powder and gharam masala...
9.Then put the cilantro and mix well..Dnt forget to add salt..
