Rabo Estofado (Braised Oxtails) my favorite Cuban Dish

The last post I have from my trip to Miami happens to be of my favorite Cuban dish, Rabo Estofado or (braised oxtails). A similar and more popular version of this dish is called Rabo Encendido, but that has a bit of heat, which I can live without. My grandmother also spoiled me by making this the day before I left for home. I don't know if I was hungry, or I had been craving this for a year,
