Raw Blueberry Smoothie
Although it is winter, my goal is for all of us to eat more raw foods...
Difficulty Level: Easy What you need: 3 dates, seeded and soaked in 1 cup water (for about 30 minutes) 2 cups organic frozen blueberries 1 frozen banana 1 heaping tbsp. raw cashews 1/2 tsp. cinnamon What to do: Place all ingredients (including the date water) in blender and combine until smooth, adding more water if need be.
