Raw Date Nut Energy Bars
One of the best snacks around...
Difficulty Level: Easy What you need: 1/4 cup chopped dates 1/4 cup mixture dried cherries, dried goji berries 1/3 raw mixed nuts (pistachios, cashews, almonds) What to do: Place dates and dried fruit in a food processor and grind until a paste forms. Remove and set in a bowl. Place nuts in food processor and process until chopped fine. Add nuts to fruit mixture and combine. Form into whatever shape you prefer and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
