I tried raw hummus, finally, for the first time the other day and it was SOOOO good! I was looking for recipes and I thought
this one looked interesting... I didn't want to use nuts as a base, so I thought I'd try it. It was awesome, and I was surprised because I was a bit sceptical. Of course I changed it as usual, I have a hard time following recipes, I added one clove of garlic, and used only 1/2 cup tahini rather than a full cup. I also used 1/4 cup ground sesame seeds, and 1/4 cup ground sunflower seeds, instead of 1/2 cup just sesame.
