For Christmas day - I roasted a Cornish Game Hen with Orange and Clove Sauce in a white wine reduction, and this was served with Quinoa and Sweet Potato Cakes. Now, doesn't that sound fancy? Well it was quite simple to make! Shockingly, I didn't feel that I was working hard at all (well too hard at least :)) Hmm, maybe I should up my ante a bit. Watcha think?
